What we collect when you contact or book with us, why we need it, and what we do — and do not — do with it.
In short: we ask for the minimum needed to arrange your hire, we use it only for that, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number, so we can reply to you and confirm arrangements.
- Booking details — dates, vehicle or service requested, pick-up location, flight information and any requirements you tell us about, such as child seats.
- Rental documentation — at collection, the driving licence and identification details required to complete the rental agreement, and the vehicle condition photographs taken at handover and return.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and give you a price.
- To arrange, deliver and administer the vehicle or service you have booked.
- To meet the legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations that apply to vehicle rental in Malta.
- To contact you if something about your booking changes.
Who sees it
Your information stays with our own team, apart from where it must be shared to deliver the service or to meet a legal obligation — for example with our insurer in the event of a claim, or with the authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they remain useful for answering you. Booking and rental records are retained for the period required by Maltese tax, insurance and consumer-protection rules, and are then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to a particular use of it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
